The Venue of the conference is National Institute of Technical Teachers Training and Research (NITTTR) Chandigarh, which is about 150 km from Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology, Longowal by road. Chandigarh “The City Beautiful” is well-linked to New Delhi and other major cities by road and rail. The National Highway 1 connects Chandigarh with Delhi. The Chandigarh railway station and airport are almost 6 km and 12 km, respectively from the NITTTR Chandigarh. Chandigarh was planned by the famous French architect Le Corbusier and picturesquely located at the foothills of Shivaliks. Chandigarh features beautiful lakes, well-maintained gardens and dense greenery. Some of the city’s main tourist attractions include Rock Garden, Sukhna Lake, Rose Garden, Garden of Fragrance, Butterfly Park and International Dolls Museum Though the weather in Chandigarh normally remains pleasant in the month of March but warm clothes may be required.
